Most of the Air Tour packages on our site are fully escorted. Upon arrival at your destination, you will be met at the airport by a professional escort and a deluxe motorcoach. The escort will be with you the entire trip. Not only will they narrate your tours; they will take care of every detail along the way. You will also find your escort to be a useful source of local information when planning for your free time.

All of the drive programs require that you have your own transportation. You will use your own vehicle to drive to the destination and while at the destination. No transportation will be provided.

Our Deposit Policy
The deposit policy on our air tours and cruises will vary from tour to tour. All of the deposit and cancellation information will be listed on each contract.

The deposit on most drive programs is $25.00 per person with final payment due 30 days prior to the trip, unless otherwise noted on your contract.

Checks or Money Orders are to be made out to Festive Holidays and mailed to 5501 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260.
Refunds
The refund policy on air tours and cruises will vary from tour to tour, and will be listed on your contract. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

UNUSED TOUR SERVICE: No refund will be made for any unused service once the tour has begun.

Emergency Assistance
If you need to reach us while you are on tour, call Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm at 1-800-257-8920. If it is after hours or on the weekend, you can reach us at 1-800-543-3314 and our Professional Answering Service will relay your message to the staff person on call.
Identification On Tour
When traveling in the United States you must present a government issued photo identification in order to board the airplane. The name on your airline ticket must match the name on your identification. If the names do not match, they may not allow you to board the plane.

All international travel requires a valid U.S. passport. If anyone in your party is not a U.S. citizen, please contact our office for possible Visa requirements. The name on your passport must match the name on your airline ticket. If the names do not match, the U.S. immigration will not allow you to board the plane.For travel to Australia, please contact a sales representative for visa requirements.

Travel to Canada by motorcoach or car requires Proof of Citizenship: you must bring an original birth certificate with a raised seal, along with another form of photo identification or a valid U.S. passport. Travel to Canada on our air & cruise tours require a valid U.S. Passport.

PLEASE NOTE: The U.S.  State Department along with Homeland Security have been revising the date to institute the need for a valid passport to travel to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda. Due to the indecision and constant revision of the passport requirement, we are suggesting that you obtain a passport for your cruise and air tours. Exchange Rates
All rates for land arrangements are based on the value of the U.S. Dollar in relation to foreign currencies and on tariffs in effect September 1, 2007, which are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Single Supplement
The single supplement is an additional charge for one person in a room.
